I dont get why those of you whe spend this much money on name brand and not easily program your esc to just shut at a certain temp? Its really a 30sec maybe total. Just looking out for everyone.

Nothing compares to the pro mt 4x4 imo. Proline should release a 2.0 version. 17mm 2.8 legitimate monster truck tires included, 550 motor compatible , awesome shocks and suspension, just an awesome piece of machinery. I haven’t come across anything that compares.

I got mine up to 40.6 MPH with their angry snail LiPo. Solid little car.

In the UK the Kagama is 30% cheaper than the Kraton EXB. It is roughly the same price as the Kraton 6S BLX (standard Kraton). So over here the Kagama is without doubt much better value. The fact that it holds it's own against the EXB shows just what a good buy the Kagama is.

I bought the Rlaarlo CT-8A (actually, I got the HotRC version) for a basher buggy. It's decent but does feel pretty cheap. For example, the buttons slide around a little. I'm curious, you seemed to have a pretty good impression of the Dumbo RC DDF-350 which seems to have similar features. How would you compare the two?

I've just gotten back into the hobby after about 20+ years away from it. Mostly flew gliders off the cliffs in Palos Verdes, everything from floaters to jet style gliders, and I recently bought a Valiant, along with the Imar 3 ACE Pro so I could charge the batteries for the plane. I tried, key word TRIED, following the manual, but it had pictures of what the screen would look like, then it would tell you to press this or that button, and the pictures never changed for any of the steps it was telling you to take. It was the same picture for each step - no changes shown. Not to mention I had NO idea what to connect to where, and the "directions" make NO mention of what or how to connect to what or why. I was thinking that the white plug was what I would charge with (2200 mah, 3s, 11.1 v), so I connected it all together (yes, I did set the correct battery type and C) and when I tried to start the charge it told me to scrap my battery, the voltage was too low. I saw you had BOTH that plug and the power plug connected. DOH! Happy to report my battery is now charging!

I ran the English side of two RC shops when I lived in Japan. Rainbow RC in Kanagawa and D-Drive Sports in Yokohama. Japan has a way different attitude when I come to RC. It’s a way better life style in general. Everyone think as a group and wants everyone to have fun. And Tamiya is the biggest RC manufacturer in the world.

Told me what i need to know, using words and moving pictures (😮) A lot of creators would waffle about with animated logos at the beginning and end of the video, would waffle about jabberjawing until they reach the "golden" 10 minutes length where UA-cam allows them to insert an extra ad... You kept it simple and to the point.

The inner hole by the shock is for bashing outer hole is for hard surface like roads it's in the manual

I use thermoplastic pellets (Polly Plastics on Amazon is cheap) To beef up the driveshaft. You melt the pellets in hot water and they become like silly putty and you mold them around the drive shaft. I use the same pellets to fill cracks in the lexan body. Works great.

Srry razor . I left a message about the granite in nicad battery mode but it’s in lipo mode . Sometimes it cuts to lvc quick and then turn off and on and it’s fine for a cpl minutes ? Bad esc

Can we all just say arrma fan boy he talks about the eletronics from traxxas armma are 100 times worse by far unusable right out the box... Mojave 4s is ok because it's plastic but eletronics the worst delay from transmitter trash...

Only a fanboy rates a Kraton 4 ☆'s on durability. It breaks every time u drive it. The chassis claiming to be 7075 is an obvious lie. The m2c is 1 mil thinner and never bends, the stock one bends on every hard landing. It's a fun truck but requires several hundreds in upgrades to be 4☆ durable. Arrma's 3s & 4s vehicles are very reliable.

That’s a more appropriate place for RC’s I’ve seen RC’s ripping around baseball infields & I’m just thinking someone is going to be mad because the infields have to be maintained but so do dirt bmx jumps I know that those particular type of jumps with the hard packed dirt are not easy to make or maintain it’s not a matter of there’s no one using it it a maintenance issue. I’ve never had negative comments about crawlers but it seems like the faster bashers is what people will make a negative comment. I had someone complain I was making dust & getting their car dirty & it was mostly in a paved area in a park & not a lot of people out. I’m extremely picky now about where I bash because I’m just trying to enjoy being out with the RC’s that’s why we have them. 👍

It may be 'unbalanced' however its very predictable... this truck really comes down to driver experience and skill level. Of course you can tune it to your driving style.

Quick question . On my k6s when I go in reverse the wheels really move fast to one side . I make sure or not do this but was wondering if it has anything to do with the servo saver thing maybe needs tightened . Just servos broke so far . I ll do this on the new granite v3 after one run to check it out . Maybe it will save the arrma stock servo ? 😂 so far I just wore out several diff cups on a rlaarlo cf ot

I also saw in the manual that the granite v3 esc has to be set to lipo . It comes set on nicad ? Makes zero sense to me
